Do I need a firearms licence?
Shooting is the only activity at Hover Force that is protected by an Act of Parliament but you don’t need a licence.
You must bring a valid photo ID such as a passport or drivers licence photocard as we will need a copy for our records.
In accordance with the Firearms Act 1968 Section 21, each participant MUST be able to declare the following:
I certify that I am NOT prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 as amended (i.e., I have not been sentenced to a term of imprisonment of more than 3 months (including suspended sentences).
AND
I have never had an application for a firearm or shotgun certificate refused by the Police, nor had a certificate revoked by the Authorities for any reason.

Do I need a firearms licence?
No licence is required. You just need to bring valid photo ID and sign a Section 21 declaration on the day.
What is a Section 21 declaration?
Shooting is the only activity at Hover Force that is protected by an Act of Parliament. In accordance with the Firearms Act 1968 Section 21, each participant MUST be able to declare the following:

Is this safe for beginners?
Yes. Every session includes full safety training and one-to-one instruction. You’re never left unsupervised.
What should I wear?
Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes. Safety glasses and ear protection are provided.
What types of guns will I shoot?
Depending on your package, you’ll shoot .22 calibre semi-automatic rifles, bolt-action rifles, or specialist historic firearms like the STG 44.
