Gift Vouchers

Once you have selected and paid for your voucher, the website will automatically send you the voucher to your chosen email address.  Please double check that your email is correct before you make your purchase.. 

If you have a Voucher beginning with ‘HFP*******’ we are currently unable to insert this into the online booking system, please email bookings@hoverforce.co.uk with your code to make a booking. 

For all other vouchers or gift certificates please check the expiry date and ensure you are entering the code correctly, if you still experience issues email us bookings@hoverforce.co.uk with your booking details and we’ll do our best to help.

Please ensure you contact us no later than 4 weeks before the EXPIRY date.  Please note some activities are only available at the weekend and Saturdays and Sundays are often fully booked months in advance. 

Vouchers are non-refundable.  Please note that the EXPIRY DATE is a USE BY and NOT A BOOK BY DATE.  Some activities are only available at the weekend and Saturdays and Sundays are often fully booked months in advance, so please book early.

Individual vouchers, once booked will attract a cancellation fee of £12.50 per person – provided there is a minimum of 14 days until the event date. If the date is within 14 days of the event, the voucher will be forfeit. Refunds outside of these terms are at our absolute discretion. Failure to attend as booked, will result in you forfeiting your voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months.  You may choose the start date of your voucher when you make your on-line purchase.  The start of the 12 months can be post-dated up to 3 months.
